I built The Spencer Collective LLC because my life was never meant to fit inside one box—and neither should yours.
I’m Tisha—an Army veteran, traveler, foodie, gardener, coach, and lifelong builder. Travel opened my world, business gave me more choices, meaningful group experiences showed me the power of connection, and gardening reminded me that growth takes patience and intention. The Spencer Collective LLC is where all of those parts of my life come together—and where I invite others to discover what growth can look like for them.
